Scheduling
Our office hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am -12:30pm and 1:30-5pm, Friday 7am-12 noon.
We are respectful of our patients' busy schedules, and will do our best to find appropriate appointment times. We do reserve specific hours for certain procedures. We ask for a mininum 48 hour notice when needing to change your appointment to allow us to reserve the time for another patient. Our office will do its best to accommodate any dental emergencies as quickly as possible.
CancellatioN Policy
We make every effort to schedule your treatment at a convenient time. If diagnosed dental needs are left alone, they will get worse. Therefore, it is very important that you keep your appointment as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding, that short notice appointment changes can affect other patients in our practice.
This dental practice is committed to improving your oral health. We request a 48 hour notice if you need to make appointment changes. Our policy concerning cancelled or failed appointments is as follows:
- A patient with an appointment must call at least 48 hours in advance prior to canceling or rescheduling their appointment time.
- Same-day cancellations or failed appointments can result in a charge of $50.00, which will be billed directly to you.
- With two short notice appointment changes within a 12-month period of time, we will require you to hold your next appointment on a credit card.
- After the THIRD cancellation or failed appointment within a 12-month period of time, we will provide treatment 30 days on an emergency basis only. At that time, we will give you an opportunity to find another dental office.
